With the holiday season quickly approaching advent calendars are arriving (and already selling out quickly). Growing up those little chocolate-filled advent calendars were such a fun way to extend the holiday excitement and nowadays there are SO many more fun types available. Advent calendars have grown so much past those little chocolate squares (though those will always be a tradition) and now can be found including items such as decor, beauty, treats and more.
Whether for yourself or your loved ones, advent calendars bring days and days of joy, fun, and surprise and are truly the gift that keeps on giving. These are some of my favorites available this year and I just had to share (and I’m hoping as you’re reading this they’re still in stock!):

George & Viv 24 Days of Beauty Delights at Anthropologie – $82
Everyone always raves about the George and Viv advent calendars and this one looks like it’s going to be even better than those in the past! They ALWAYS sell out super quickly so hurry and get one while they’re still available! Full of fun beauty-themed goods, this calendar is a great way to really treat yourself this holiday season. Whether you open a fun new Lanolip’s Lip Balm or a fun face mask (self-care for the win!), this advent calendar will make you both feel and look good this holiday season!

Olive and June Hannukah and Christmas Mani Magic – $55 and $65
Olive and June makes the best nail polishes and are my go-to whenever I’m doing my nails at home. They even have tutorials on their website about how to properly apply the polish and care for your nails. I’m not kidding when I say the Olive and June products and tutorials have made doing my nails myself SUCH a better experience because they come out SO good every time! I used to get so frustrated and think they came out so messy but this company has truly made me so much more confident with nail care. These advent boxes are a great way to start off your Olive and June collection and include different colors and other supplies for the best at-home manicure out there!

Meri Meri Festive Village Advent Calendar – $52
How ADORABLE is this advent calendar by Meri Meri? These little wooden pieces would just add a bit more excitement (and decor) as the countdown to Christmas occurs! They come in this festive box (which is also great for storage until next year) and would make for such a fun way to start the Christmas month. This set is fun for kids and kids-at-heart as these traditional but fun symbols all bring such festive cheer!

Sweetapolita Sprinkle Advent Calendar – $120
Okay you might think $120 for sprinkles is ridiculous but hear me out because I got this last year for the family and it has TRULY been the gift that keeps on (and keeps on) giving. I mean we are STILL going through these sprinkles! They’re absolutely the cutest and each one is a fun new theme (and packed to the brim). They are DELICIOUS and are definitely better than your typical sprinkles. Some even have little flavor pieces or chocolate balls and fun treats mixed in. They’re a really fun way to celebrate each day leading up to the holidays and encourage time together with loved ones through baking treats or having hot cocoa with fun sprinkles on top. The packaging is so cute too!

Maker 12 Days of Canned Wine Advent Calendar – $119
This calendar is g-e-n-i-u-s. The days leading up to the holidays can feel so stressful and chaotic. What a great way it would be to truly slow down and appreciate wrapping gifts for loved ones while sipping on a can of small-production wine. A great way to take the time to cherish the moment, each can comes from different, award-winning, small producers and includes the story of the producer who crafted it. This advent calendar by Maker is putting the “cheers” in this holiday season. I love this idea!
Truly these calendars go quickly every year so hurry up and get yours while you can! Whether for yourself or your loved ones, these will extend the fun just that much longer.
